Thank you for choosing BudzCloud  for your accessory needs. This shipping policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and restrictions. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it contains crucial information about shipping limitations and regulatory requirements that affect your purchase. Due to High demand, please wait between 2 – 4 weeks for orders to arrive.

2. Address Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following address types:

  • P.O. Boxes 

  • APO/FPO addresses 

  • Military addresses 

  • Freight forwarding companies

Please ensure your shipping address is a complete physical address where someone aged 21+ is available to receive the package during normal business hours.

3 Order Processing & Fulfilment

3.2 Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at Info@budzcloud.com with your order number

  • Changes are only possible if your order hasn't entered the fulfilment process

  • Orders that have been “packaged” or “shipped” cannot be modified or cancelled 

4. Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Limitations

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays during high-volume periods

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments) 

Carrier limitations: Some shipping carriers (including UPS, FedEx, and DHL) have restrictions on vaping-related products . We select carriers based on your location and product type to ensure compliance with all regulations.


5 Package Handling & Discreet Shipping

5.1 Packaging Standards

All orders are packaged with:

  • Protective materials to prevent damage during transit

  • Plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes for privacy 

  • No external branding that indicates the contents

5.2 Discreet Billing & Shipping

To ensure your privacy:

  • Your credit card statement will show a charge from "BUDZCLOUD" or similar neutral descriptor

  • The return address on your package will not mention smoking or vaping products

  • External packaging does not indicate the contents, except as required by law 


6 Order Tracking & Support

6.1 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date (when available)

  • Link to the carrier's tracking portal

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the tracking number is generated .

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Incorrect address: We will attempt to contact you for clarification

  • Failed age verification: The package will be returned to us and a refund issued (minus shipping costs)

  • Unclaimed packages: After three delivery attempts, packages will be returned to us


    7 Problems with Delivery

    7.1 Damaged or Lost Packages

    Immediate action required: If your package arrives damaged:

    • Document the damage: Take photos of the packaging and contents

    • Contact the carrier: Initiate a claim with the shipping company

    • Notify us: Email Info@budzcloud.com within 5 business days of delivery 

    We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or tracking errors caused by the carrier . However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

    7.2 Missing or Incorrect Items

    If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products:

    • Contact us at Info@budzcloud.com within 14 days of delivery

    • Include your order number and photos of what you received

    • We will investigate and send replacement items where appropriate

    8 Returns & Refunds

    8.1 Return Policy

    Due to the nature of our products:

    • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective 

    • Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery

    • Defective products: Contact us for replacement or refund within 14 days

    Return process:

    1. Contact us at Info@budzcloud.com for return authorization

    2. We will provide a return shipping label (for eligible returns)

    3. Once received, we will process your refund or replacement

    8.2 Refund Processing

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
