Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout! You’ll need to create an account, enter your shipping details, and complete payment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure, encrypted payment processing system. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Q: Why was my payment declined?
A: This is usually an issue with your bank or card issuer. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect CVV code, or your bank’s fraud prevention measures blocking the transaction. Please contact your bank first.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer discreet shipping?
A: Yes, 100%. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers. The return address will show a neutral name (like "BC Distributions") and there is no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy is our priority.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
A: Contact us immediately at info@budzcloud.com with your order number. We can only modify the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Once a package is shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Products & Brands
Q: Are the products on your site authentic?
A: Yes! We are an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry. We source our products directly from trusted distributors and manufacturers to guarantee authenticity and quality.
Q: My item arrived damaged or is defective. What do I do?
A: We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@budzcloud.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos/video of the damaged or defective product. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Q: Can I return an item I don't want?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
Q: Will you be restocking a sold-out item?
A: Most likely! Please sign up for the "notify me when available" alert on the product page. You can also DM us on TikTok—we often get restock updates before the website does!
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Yes. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to process and ship your orders. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Q: What will appear on my bank or credit card statement?
A: Your statement will show a discreet charge from "BUDZCLOUD" or "BC DIST" to protect your privacy.
